Where the Mountains of Mourne sweep down to the sea, the land at their feet breaks into wild dunes, purple heather and golden marram grass. Few places put mountains and links golf so close together, and on a clear evening it feels like the whole of County Down is glowing.

This Newcastle golf print looks down a long fairway threading between the dunes, with deep, ragged bunkers cut into the slopes and heather in full bloom in the foreground. Beyond the green, the sweep of Dundrum Bay leads to the little seaside town, with Slieve Donard rising dark against a soft sky of gold and blue-grey cloud. It is painted in heather purple, links green and warm Irish Sea light.
