Prestwick Golf Print — Ayrshire Links Below the Old Town

Here the links run right up to the edge of town. Rough and heather roll down to the last green, and just beyond it a row of sandstone villas looks straight onto the course, as it has for generations.

This Prestwick golf print looks across rumpled fairways and humps of marram grass toward a white flag. Behind it are the golfers finishing their round, the old stone houses and a church spire rising over the rooftops, with the Ayrshire hills fading into a soft evening sky. It is painted in links green, heather brown and warm sandstone gold.
