Archival Art Print, Retro Swirl 70s Smoke Spirals From Match 8x10

It starts with one small flame. From the tip of a single matchstick, a thread of smoke begins to curl, and then it keeps going, twisting and unfolding into a whole sky of spirals in cream, mustard, burnt orange and olive.

This original illustration is a love letter to 1970s graphic design: warm earthy tones, hypnotic rhythm and a playful idea at its heart. Simple from a distance and endlessly detailed up close, it is the kind of piece that invites a second look, and a third.
