Hirono Golf Print, Japan Autumn Green With Deep Bunkers Art Print

In Japan they have a word for going out to see the autumn leaves: momijigari. On a course in the hills above Kobe, it happens without trying. The maples turn crimson and amber, the pines stay dark green, and the whole forest glows around the last holes of the day.

This Hirono golf print looks down on a raised green ringed by deep, wild-edged bunkers, their grassy lips curling over pale sand dotted with tufts of red grass. Beyond the treeline a rounded hill rises into a sky of gold and soft cloud. It is painted in autumn copper, pine green and warm Japanese evening light.
